You say you didn’t like “the ship” what didn’t you like about it? The only negative you stated was that your cabin was small. All cruise ships have tiny cabins when you book the cheaper rooms. I have been on the Gem many times and have had very spacious suites! You also mention that you had to wait to ling to get tested before you boarded, I agree that sucks, but that has NOTHING to do with the ship or NCL, talk to the CDC about that! You said the staff was good, the excursions were good so I am not really sure for your reason for the negative review.
