Review summary

I was robbed by NCL. I have been booking with NCL all during Pandemic. I was under the impression that I could cancel at any time. That mistake cost me $750. Norwegian Cruise Line is refusing to return my 3 cruise next coupons. Once I use my remaining coupons, I'll never set foot on any of their old ships

Norwegian cruise next terms; Line # 4 CND (cruise next deposit) are refundable only within 30 days of purchase!!!, it doesn’t get much clearer than that!!!

Savaging a cruise line in a public forum is not the way to resolve an issue. Put your big-boy pants on and take a mature approach to conflict resolution. Do you think that NCL became a leader in the cruise industry by treating it clients shabbily? NO!

So, did you sail 06Mar2020 or not? You claim you did not, so to me this is a fake review for the ship because you are mad at the company.

Your review of everything just says “old ship”. So you were annoyed about not getting a refund, and rated everything low as a result? Which would be a shame for everyone who would have worked hard to provide services for you and are nothing to do with your personal grievance with NCL

Unless they were for 2021 or 2022, and you cancelled before final payment, you'de be fine. I booked with NCL's Regent Seven Seas line; in July 2020 I booked a W. Mediterranean sailing aboard RSS Mariner for this passed July. It got cancelled in April and Regent transferred me to another ship sailing in August 2022. All this happened without me actually doing anything, except approve the transfer. I was going to just take the refund they offered, but instead chose to transfer. Looking at all the new stuff they put in the updated ticket contract (I have not signed yet) I just may cancel and get my deposit back before final payment is due in next April.

Should have read the fine print. Plenty of angry cruise customers from all the cruise lines. Don't blame NCL.
