Review summary

Not enough variation of food on the buffet, need to COOK the bacon--most people do not like "wiggly-way under cooked bacon", way too much salt--let people add their own. Be a little more generous with some of the dishes (sides) in restaurants and speciality restaurants. Garden cafe--uses too many red onions in the tuna salad!!

Funny, we call that floppy bacon and it's my favorite. On the other hand my wife does like her bacon nice and crispy

good to know. the bacon is not overcooked and is boingy and wiggly. that is the perfect way to serve bacon. I'm signing up right now.
