Review summary

Only been on larger ships since leaving Carnival. Not much info on excursions but ones sponsored by NCL of course were pushed. Not my fave but nice enough that we would do it again - even though prices were not better than larger newer ships in the long run

Embarkation

5 out of 5
First time leaving from boston on a cruise. while not scenic, it was fast and efficient and close to home.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
I had read this buffet was same every day. I didn't think that would matter with enough choices, but it did make a difference. Dining room (Pacific) only a few people, very slow and small portions.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Seemed to be plenty to choose from. I only shopped in tradewinds and all stores - liquor, gem, tee shirts all in one store area.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Had Wilbur on deck 9 - I had asked for ice and received it every day. he was wonderful. NOT one animal towel (definitely not Wilbur's fault) although towels were spoken about aboard.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
very clean and well maintained but internet café - 2 computers with no privacy screen side by side, almost touching. guy giving talk on shops on shore very self-absorbed. Not many attendees.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
bathroom was very small but to be expected in refurbishment. paint chips always on old balcony furniture as they were always painting. again, Wilbur made everything nice.

Ship tip

tv so small i had to get up and use glasses to read any info. had almost NO information on current cruise. small common areas.

Ports of call

Boston, Massachusetts

5 out of 5
only boarded and it was not scenic but went very quickly and smoothly.

Royal Naval Dockyard, West End, Bermuda

5 out of 5
fourth trip, still much to do

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
it began when stated, hard to keep people in control but went smooth and quick.
