Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We only did the buffet so that we had more time to enjoy the ship and Sandra Lobo was very kind and helpful in the buffet area taking care of my daughter with her gluten allergy.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
My daughter did the rock wall it was not open much when we were on the ship so she was excited to do it twice. The fitness center was adequate.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
As I stated Sandra Lobo the Maître d’ in the buffet area was outstanding. Our room steward Prasad Poojary was great!! He kept our room very nice. The towel animals were greatly appreciated. He was always very friendly whenever we saw him. Never had to wait for our room to be ready. He just always had it ready quickly. Every staff person we engaged with was very sweet and kind. Ferdi the cruise director was great, very fun and enthusiastic!!

Ship tip

Enjoy your vacation. Bring a multi charging device as there is one outlet in the room. We had one which was great.

We walked around the area as we stayed in a hotel the night before the cruise and walked around. Plenty to enjoy.

Bermuda is just so beautiful. We did not do any excursions we just explored on our own. There is a Norwegian ferry to St George’s it is free for passengers this is a must do!! We walked to Tobacco Bay a tiny beach that has beautiful rocks to explore. The beach was tiny but it was my favorite place. Saw an octopus there right from the shore climbing on the rocks. They had free WiFi there too!! The views were breathtaking.

Disembarkation

Very well organized just had to stand in a very long line to get off, but it went very smoothly.
