Review summary

We love cruising and kept a positive attitude as the lost a day and 2 ports. We were disappointed on how Norwegian handled the situation.

Our boat ended up leaving a day later due to high winds in New York. Norwegian cannot be faulted for that. However the way they handled the situation was horrible (at least our experience was).

We ate the the Grand Pacific every night and loved it! This was our 3rd time on the Norwegian Gem and this restaurant never disappoints!
