When we took our first cruise on the breakaway and heard alot of bad reviews. I decided to form my own opinion. We had a blast. Been on the Gem 2 times. We have had some food that wasn't the best and the service at times was bad . But all in all it is a great ship, great entertainment. And Rev the bartender at Spinaker lounge is great. Form your own opinions. If you are going to whine and complain abput everything you will not have a good time.

Wow we love the Gem been on it 2 times and not a thing to complain about either time! Food cabin entertainment and service were all amazing in September. Can’t believe you had such a bad time !

Definitely think you need to be little more informative it would be a BIG help. Not saying it was you but sometimes people have one issue and ruins whole cruise. I will be on this ship soon and would like more info as this is my 1st NCL cruise but not 1st ever cruise.

Never keep your review to yourself. I like reading all reviews. Gives everyone details of all ships activities even if they r negative. Wbrad you will have to try a different port and ship next time.

Care to elaborate? The size of the ship is a known, it is on the smaller end of their ships. But what specifically made it so bad?
