Review summary

WE ARE LONG TIME CRUISES ON NCL. WE REALLY LOVED EVERYTHING ON PAST CRUISES. NOW THEY CHARGE FOR ROOM SERVICE......THEY ARE NICKLE AND DIMEING THE CUSTOMER. I DID NOT THINK THE YOUNG WOMAN WHO WAS MAKING DINNER RESERVATIONS WAS HELPFUL. THE CRUISE WAS STILL VERY GOOD, BUT I SEE THINGS ARE CHANGING AND NOT FOR THE BETTER.

MY HUSBAND HAS A MEDICAL CONDITION AND THE ROOM WAS NOT WHAT WE WERE EXPECTING, TO ENSURE HIS SAFETY. HOUSEKEEPING DID TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM HOWEVER IT WAS VERY MAKE SHIFT.

yes, I also read that room service was free...leaving on Tuesday :)

Do they charge for all room service or are certain items included/free? I was reading some stuff online and thought I read there was a limited free room service menu.
