Review summary

The ship was nice and the service was adequate. However, we were not given the extra perks we agreed to when booking the cruise.

WE signed up for the coastal excursion. Our director was unfriendly, had poor knowledge of the sites and basically unpleasant.

Pros: The ease

Cons: We were not given all the extra perks promised for this cruise. We were not given the 2 nights hotel stay as promised when we booked the cruise. I called several times and could not connect to the travel agent I originally booked with and customer service was of not help.

Recommends Norwegian Gem? Yes!
