Specialty restaurants an unlimited beverage package great food nice ship very smooth staff was exceptional love norwegin toss up between a Norwegian and Royal Caribbean have not decided which Cruise Line it will go on next

I am very upset at the service!!!!

I purchased an insurance policy, that included medical insurance.

Norwegian did not have a record for my insurance!

The medical team refused to see me, unless i paid in advance.

That was not the information i was told by Ms, Linda Jacobs!

I am asking for a full refund!

We had a great time on the Norwegian Escape. The ship is absolutely amazing, along with the staff, food and ports. We especially appreciate Maureen, our port shopping guide, always friendly and informative. Christian our room steward remembered our names the first day and help create a wonderful vacation. The photography group took some amazing photos and were always working to capture our vacation. My sons practically lived in Entourage, the teen club. The cruise directing staff was always busy and there was way to much to choose from to get it all in. Our biggest complaint was the spa, we scheduled two massages when we boarded and from there it seemed that we were sold and sold, charging us for treatments we had not received and spending more time selling us overpriced products than helping us relax. After a 50 minute massage we were used car salesman sold for 30 minutes. We will take the cruise again, but avoid the spa.

I would not recommend ncl to anyone. I needed 1 more cruise to hit platinum but that won't happen.toilet would not flush only by removing the outer flush button

This was our 5th cruise on one of the biggest ships we've  been on !

Ultra smooth sailing, hardly knew we were cruising most of the time .

Lots to do especially if it involves drinking! Lots of bars and lounges .

 Craft beer drinkers have there own place on this ship ,  its called the District

Brewhouse, what a great place to try something new and different.

Food ranged from fantastic to blah, many up charge restaurants to try onboard .

There were over 4000 people of every age taking this cruise, infants to centenarians . Surprisingly ,it did not seem crowded until you took the elevator.they were jammed up with people most of the time .

I would call this ship a family cruising ship but they do cater to singles who  can have there own singles sleeping  cabins and  gathering area ,for singles only .

Whole top part of the ship will keep those kids and parents happy with waterslides.

Saw all the shows and entertainers on the first week,  everything was a repeat on the second week , won't be doing what they call a back to back cruise again !

Wound up having to get off  the ship  and go to customs  after the 8th day  because we went back into the US ! What a pain in the ass that was ! Instead of letting people that were doing a back to back cruise stay on the ship , they made everyone get off the ship !

All in all ,we had a good time, but don't recommend back to back cruises that return to the states in the middle of your trip to drop off and pick up more people !

MY TIME OUT THERE WAS GREAT EVERY THING ON THIS CRUISE WAS VERY WELL LAYED OUT GOING TO ALL THE PORTS WAS GREAT SO MUCH TO SEE AND DO LAY OUT ON THE BEACH HORSE BACK RIDING SO MANY DIFFERNT STORES TO SHOP AT PLUS GREAT FOOD I COULD NOT HAVE ASK FOR MORE

The ship was a first class experience.  The actors and shows were excellent.  The buffet food was excellent.  My only small complaint is that the restaurants closed at 10 pm, too early for us.

The cruise was great! Ship was beautiful, stateroom was very nice.  Lots of daytime and nighttime activities.  Staff always friendly,  Food was good, many options, bartenders were good. 

I would like to start with the service, from housekeeping, restaurants, buffet... the staff was awesome. Very friendly, not intrusive, never rude. Our housekeeper, Kristally was very professional.  Always had our rooms clean and fixed nice every time.  Bong at the Mojito bar is commendable.  He was very entertaining and super nice.  We never had to wait for service. He knew to have our drinks ready before we could even ask! Got me hooked on the guava mojito. Mmmmm!

NOW the food.  Food taste was not impressive.  Some meals came out lukewarm.  Meals were so dull that we chose to pay extra to eat at FOOD REPUBLIC which was terrific.  Ms. Hazel Aragoza was very gracious and warm.  My husband was very unhappy that the areas that were supposed to be adults only were full of children from teens to toddlers! Nobody had the courage to advise the adults who came with toddlers that the 80s Dance Party is adults only.  Howl at the Moon guys kept us awake and they were very talented but other shows were nothing to talk about and some were even tacky. Hubby refuses to go on another NCL cruise. The only saving grace is the service but that is also the case with other cruises we have taken. 

The Norwegian Escape has lots of great dance floors.  The largest one is in the Manhattan dining room.  The next largest dance floor is in the Atrium.  There are two small dance floors in the Skyline lounge and the "It's 5 o'clock somewhere" lounge.  Live music playing in all four locations. 

I love the shows, they were fantastic! 

I was surprised that you had to pay to use the sauna

The food was delicious, we all love it. The buffet had variety of food and  I loved the Manhattan restaurant, it has great music 

Nice Ship in good order. The size is impressive but means no one knows your name. The Jewel Class is a much nicer size. Big is not always better. The pool is to small for this ship and once sailed is like human soup. The crew as always with NCL are outstanding. No problems getting on or off the ship in Miami (UK Traveler). NCL should reconsider the ports on this trip Roatan and Belize offer nothing special, only Cozumel is worth the trip. NCL has started penny pinching - you now pay at every corner, soon you will putting a dollar in the bathroom door to take a tinkle..... other than the rising costs NCL are still my number one cruise line.

It was a pleasure to be at the Escape for 6 days. The crew was great, the ship very modern and complete, the trip to Roatan, Belize and Cozumel a wonderful experience. After reading the reviews i was afraid of the waiting lists but we have not experienced those, only on the way out, but that was US customs. We loved dining in the complimentary restaurants, especially Taste and Savor, and enjoyed the shows, especially the comedian juggler. The tours we booked by were a thrill and very quiet. Love, love, loved it all!

The food in the restaurants were absolutely wonderful.  The buffet not so much.

Beware of the Norwegian shore excursions,  especially if you are handicapped.  They don't check them out and you can get ripped off like 12 of us did.

The people made this cruise...the passengers, the entire crew (entertainers, social staff, the "wait" staff, etc, etc). Should be a comment in the brochure about the 45-minute ride on the tender going into Belize. Would recommend this cruise if you don't mind the contrasts of rich & poor in Honduras & Belize.

Really an awesome ship and amazing crew. Had such a blast on this trip cant even wait for the next one to come. Ship was beautfual and just so much fun.

The Escape is a beautiful ship. The shows were great and we enjoyed all of the restaurants, complimentary and specialty. The Garden Café was great for a quick breakfast, lots of choices and very tasty. Embarkation was fairly quick and easy to get onto the ship. An area for improvement would be in the pool area. It's quite crowded and hard to get a good chair by 10:00 AM. Sadly, lots of chair hogs. The nightly entertainment in the Atrium area is very fun to watch and a great way to spend time waiting between dinner and a theater show. We truly enjoyed our vacation and look forward to sailing again.

Loved the ship! So much food, activities and shows on the cruise that'll keep you busy all day. There are water slides, rope course, mini golf course, shuffleboard and a lot of other activities all day long. They also have parties at night and unlimited food!

THE CRUISE WAS HORRIBLE THE STAFF WAS ARROGANT NOT CARING,THE CASINO WAS THE WORST RUN CASINO I HAVE EVER BEEN IN

SMOKING IS STILL ALLOWED IN THE CASINO,THE DINING WAS TERRIBLE WITH ADD ONS IN THE MAIN DINING ROOM.THE SPECIALTY RESTAURANT WERE ALL ALA CARTE,FELT LIKE WE WERE BEING NICKELED & DIMED AT ALL TIMES.COULD NOT GET A SEAT AT THE ADULT POOL THEIR POLICY WAS NOT ADHERED TO ON RESERVING LOUNGE CHAIRS,CHILDREN WITH DIAPERS ALLOWED IN THE HOT TUB ALSO WITH FOOD.WILL NEVER CRUISE WITH NORWEGIAN AGAIN.

Nice cruise, good food with big verity of restaurants, lots of things to do: Spa, Pulse Fitness workout, Karaoke, movies, stores, big water slide, basketball court, Ping pong tables, free raffle tickets to win great prizes, beautiful Art paintings to bid on, Rope Course, plenty of activities for Families and Kids.  Outstanding entertainment!   Also NCL is the only ship(at least 3 ships that I've been on) I could find with solo cabins so a single person doesn't have to pay for two people to travel alone plus you can meet others in the Studio Lounge for the Solos gatherings.  Nice folks on this ship and the employees are kind, honest, sweet, also hardworking.  NCL is my favorite Cruise line!  So glad the Epic will be returning in the Fall to Port Canaveral, Florida so I can jump on board and enjoy life with more fun!
