This ship was run a lot better than the breakaway and staff was much more friendlier. Wait time at the restaurants was next to none which is a super plus. What was lacking and upsetting was the entertainment onboard and the fact that our stateroom balcony door was broken (the wall was warping thus causing the door to not seal properly). For this reason we should have never been assigned to the room and have been upgraded. You pay all this money for a balcony only to not be able to use is correctly and not sleep with the loud whistling of the wind. 3am and ncl staff was in our room trying to correct the issue that they were already aware of.

This was my first cruise. It was a nice experience and all the staff were polite and very accommodating but I felt bored while on the ship. The entrainment was all very talented. I feel like there should have been more than 2.5 days on the island and less time on the boat.

When your the first on ship you should be group 1 not group 7 that’s totally nuts!

We had a nice time. It would have been good to have a little more time in Bermuda

The ship is fabulous. There is so much to do. The staff was delightful & very eager to please. Most of the shows we saw were “Broadway” caliber. The food was excellent! The drinks were flowing & made by very friendly bartenders. (We chose the upgraded Meal & Adult beverage packages.) It was well worth it!! We couldn’t have asked for anything better! We definitely plan on cruising again with Norwegian soon. (We did sign up for Cruise Next & got a deal )

This was our 6th cruise to Bermuda, the 5th on Norwegian Cruise Line. This was our first experience on the Norwegian Escape. One great thing about NCL is that there are certain features shared in common across all of the ships of the fleet. There are also unique aspects to each ship. Our previous two NCL cruises were aboard the Norwegian Breakaway, sister ship to the Escape. Getting around on board is a breeze. Our Aft-Facing Balcony stateroom gave us plenty of storage and a larger than expected balcony. We saw the shows "After Midnight" and "For The Record - The Brat Pack" and both were spectacular. The performers are impressively talented and the shows are excellent. Bermuda was just as beautiful as always. The Bermudian people are friendly and helpful. It's also convenient that the exchange rate is 1:1. The Bermudian dollar is valued at exactly one U.S. dollar. This makes shopping a cinch. We recommend Bermuda as a destination and cruising is our preferred mode of travel.

This cruise was booked 6 months ago and came and went very quickly. It was a very enjoyable cruise with many friendly people and good weather and plenty of onboard activities to do.

I will definitely cruise again and can't stop telling people all the Escape had to offer!

Once we got on board my friends and I really enjoyed ourselves and had a great time.

We had a pleasant 6 day cruise, however, the food at the various stations (other than specialty restaurants) could stand improving. The ship was immaculate and sparkled. Embarking and disembarking were the best we've encountered on numerous cruises.

I would not recommend the Norwegian Escape if you are traveling with less active people. There were not very many shows or activities to do.

Overall a great cruise. We enjoyed this cruise very much. We have been on this cruise 2 times. Both times were great. First was Eastern Caribbean and second was Western. We had a large group of 24 people. We brought our 12 and 13 yrs olds. They had been on the ship before also so they knew a lot of where to go. I only wish the cards could have limits of spend on them for the kids

Cabin staff was great! Dining is excellent! overall excellent experience!

We had a large group of friends on this cruise (30) and that made this a fun trip. I was super excited about the original cruise itinerary but due to the hurricanes last season we were moved to western which was a bummer for me - I much prefer eastern. We've done probably 8 cruises on the Oasis class ship with RCCL and I feel this is just a step down IMO. I would do this ship again on another itinerary, but others in our group are headed back to RCCL.

Wonderful Family time. Enjoyed our dinners together everywhere. Excellent family vacation. Wonderful waiters. Lots of funs things to do. We were impressed with the quality of the food despite size of ship and number of passengers. Costa Maya was a big disappointment. It should be eliminated from all itineraries.

This was our 1st Norwegian Cruise. I have been on about 15-18 cruises. Overall it was pretty good. Didn't impress me enough that I would say I would book with them again. We did like that they had drink & Internet & other incentives.

Great boat, drink package was wonderful (warning doesn't include specialty coffee like royal or carnival do), ports were ok (except Nassau-avoid at all costs) and service is fantastic. NCL needs to do something about the mattresses, they are literally painful!
