Friendly staff always having different activities on the ship ,food was excellent. Service was phenomenal

Really, not much to complain about. This was my 3rd cruise with Norwegian and again, I was not disappointed. Loved every aspect of the cruise except the adult pool area, which is always very crowded. I think 18 years old is too young to be in an adult area and to be fair, this area should be reserved for at least 21 and over, if not 25 and older. Everyone is different, however, with all the younger people cruising these days, does not leave much room for the middle aged. Also, more attention and direction needs to be given in this area as many adults brought young children in the hot tub. Not one cruise staff member addressed this. I wished they would so I was not "That" person.

Overall very good,however,there is only one swimming pool.The crowd gets out of hand.

I enjoyed Norwegian last year so we booked again on a different ship. I was very disappointed this time. You spend too much money to have to say that. Sad thing is that it was the set up of this ship that was disappointing. Way too over crowded. Forget going to enjoy any party held at spice h2o. Forget eating at a normal hour if you like hot food and forget the pool area ( BUT THATS NORMAL) unless you stay on the ship the first day it docks at your away destination. Good thing for the drink package! I definitely needed to abuse that this time.

The cruise was amazing. Wonderful staff, great ship and lots of activities. Bermuda was beautiful. The only thing bad I would say is that the ship needs a larger adult pool or an additional adult pool. Not big enough for the size of the ship. But other than that, the whole cruise was amazing!

We took this trip to travel with a large family group. I’ve been on many awesome cruises before, so I was looking forward to it. Once on the ship it was pandemonium. You need to wait on many lines. Restaurant reservations are necessary to eat in their “better” restaurants. The common buffet is where you’ll eat most meals. It was more like a cafeteria. Anything worth having required waiting on a line. Want to see shows? You better go strait to the box office, wait on line again, and hope you get a seat. We missed out on a lot because we didn’t know the ropes. It doesn’t seem fair when you can’t get what you want. The shows are slightly entertaining. Our cabin steward stole a diamond necklace, but security wasn’t very concerned. Make sure you trust no one and use the cabin safe. Be prepared for the final bill. Restaurants cost extra, but if you don’t want the cafeteria food anymore, you are left with no choice but to PAY to EAT on a cruise. I’ve been on Princess, Royal Caribbean and Celebrity. I would recommend you cruise with them.

Beautiful ship and extremely organized. Shows were excellent. Meals were delicious.

Room was ok. Food was the same every day. Having 27 restaurants on the ship only 3 where free of extra charge, and all of them had the same horrible menu. We ended up eating in the buffet where food was not good at all. The worst part was entertainment on the ship. Only 2 free shows, and they charge for the rest of the shows. I've never seen it before. Entertainment on the ships is always free ( we cruised with Royal Carribean before). Another thing which surprised us a lot was charge for the gym classes. It was about 25 dollars per class. Gym should be free. Bermuda is beatiful. I don't recommend this ship.

Best staff Of any cruise we’ve been online. Getting in and out of the New York Port was a bit difficult but manageable

Very nice trip over all. Only disappointment that two days everything was closed in the Bermuda. We did not know until we got in the ship. We realy enjoyed one day in the Bermuda. If I knew this I have selected different dates. This should be posted on website.

We are already in the planning stages for next year on the same ship. Hats off to Norwegian Cruise Line and Staff.

Great trip to Bermuda, the Norwegian Escape is a great ship, the staff was pleasant and helpful. Very organized getting on/off in NYC and off/on in Bermuda. Always enough food in the Cafe and the selection made each day different.

The Norwegian Escape is an amazing ship with an equally amazing crew. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Bring your own metal or paper straw since they are now eco friendly and do not use plastic straws which is awesome. They feature Guy Harvey on the hull of the ship and his art is also featured as well as his research channel so be prepared to learn about our oceans. The onboard activities keep you busy. The excursions offer you a wide array of options for things to do. You only need be bored if you want to.

Did not meet my expectations, compared to my previous cruise with Norwegian Getaway. Their activities and entertainment team are horrible.

This cruise was very disappointing. Too many underage kids drinking, running through the halls and slamming doors to getting into adult clubs. The parents not supervising their kids. The room was not clean when we arrived and our toilet had a strong odor the whole time. It was annoying that people leave their belongings unattended on lounge chairs for hours at a time so you can't get a chair. The staff on are supposed to monitor it, and if it's over an hour remove items but that doesn't happen. I wouldn't cruise NCL again. I would go back to Royal Carribean.

We love freestyle cruising with NCL, the complementary restaurants and specialty restaurants had always free seats. There was a mix of young families, Couples and older guests and they had different rhythms of breakfast, activities and dining. I cant believe there were 4000 guests aboard.

Overall a great trip! My only complaint is the ship is very crowded. As a business owner myself I do understand the need to operate at full capacity. I would give a little more space to the cabin hallways and limit the quests to 3500.

Disappointed on many levels. Much of the staff and Management was not flexible. I have had far better experiences on MSC, Royal Caribbean, and Holland America. NCL just kept trying to sell and upset the entire trip. CruiseNext - sick of the messaging. Too much nickel and dime. Even in this survey being too MUCH selling going on.

The cruise was a lot of fun. Bermuda is beautiful I hope we can go back again.
