Good cruise line, very friendly and helpful staff however somewhat pricey for what you get compared to other cruise lines like Royal Caribbean. We had a mini suite and it included no additional amenities over a regular state room aside from being slight bigger with a balcony. We also had the "Ultimate Beverage Package" which made no sense because so many beverages wasn't included in it including basics like bottled water? SMH. Your package also didn't include beverages that were in your mini bar, however you could go down to a bar and get the same exact drinks for free as part of your package. Royal Caribbean for the same price point gave us much more value for the money and we didn't feel like we are always being nickeled and dimed with various extra charges.

Totally fun, awesome, we didn't know what to expect because it was our first cruise. NCL didn't disappoint. From beginning to end it was wonderful! We're planning our next cruise right now! Thanksgiving this will be our tradition! We're trying to cruise at least twice a year minimum now!

Overall, pleasant getaway with plenty of time at sea. 3 of 7 days were too cold to go outside. Food REALLY impressed. Great drinks (margarita bar, mojito bar, brewhouse). Entertainment, activities, and night life was lacking for young people. Wifi too expensive and not great. Would not do this ship again but not bad to try once.

Overall a nice cruise, but one I would not do again on the Norwegian Escape.

This time it was myself, my husband, his brother and wife. We had a blast. We had the unlimited drink package and we took full advantage of that. I think the weather definitely contributed to our great time. It only rained for a few minutes after we did the stingray excursion in Great Stirrup Cay. The rest of the time it was beautiful! I love the Free Style of Norwegian Cruise. I don't like to plan my vacation out too much if I can help it and I like to eat whenever and wherever I feel like.

This was our first cruise vacation and we were worried that 7 days would be too long. But the whole experience was so awesome that we never realized when our cruise was over. I will highly recommend this cruise for family.

I notice that the food in the specialty restaurants are not the same quality and the offerings are less of the high end products.

Enjoyed the cruise. Wish we were alighted more time in Bermuda.

Large ship but always something going on and always something to do.

This was our first cruise, so nothing to compare it to. Wish the weather were better, but it's late October and we knew the weather would be a gamble. Overall good experience.

We were extremely disappointed we only had 1 3/4 days in Bermuda. Too short a port visit for a 7 day cruise- should have at least 3 days in Bermuda to truly experience it. The specialty dining restaurants are awesome. My husband was unable to travel at the last minute due health reasons, and both and NCL were very good in assisting with his cancellation.

Food was amazing and employees very friendly and attentive. Bermuda was beautiful, had to be my favorite island to date

Just a ok cruise. BOARDED SHIP LATE IN NY, because they arrived late due to bad weather. NCL never stated that but said it was due to Coast Guard inspection. You would think that the inspection could have been delayed OR that NCL could have stated the real reason for the delayed boarding!

Buy the Thermal Spa Suite pass it's worth it The lobster tail and crab legs at Bayamo are massive Friendly staff but don't expect them to open doors for you when nearby Starbucks onboard (Atrium Café)

The cruise ran 2.5 hours late and we had to wait 45 minutes to get through security even though we had a time slot to get on. The food wasn't very good, and were unable to make accommodations on most occasions. Late to get to the destination port and once we got there everything was closed. They took their time to get there, and then raced home causing the ship to have rougher seas. The games shows and comedian were good.

I was disappointed with the new ship having what seemed less to do then the smaller ships. Crowds were an issue on embankment and disembarkment. We have only sailed with NCL and have booked another cruise. I really hope that the next "big" ship is better. some times bigger is not better and good things do come in good packaging

ship was very nice, big. lots of dining options. room actually had lots of storage space and didn't feel closed in. didn't like that the children's center was closed periodically throughout the day. 4 water slides were nice, ropes course was very good. i was expecting better broadway type evening entertainment in the main theater. they also had good comedic and magic entertainment though.
