Review summary

I was disappointed with the new ship having what seemed less to do then the smaller ships. Crowds were an issue on embankment and disembarkment. We have only sailed with NCL and have booked another cruise. I really hope that the next "big" ship is better. some times bigger is not better and good things do come in good packaging

Staff in the terminal directing lines were rude and not helpful. I had a 1.5 hour wait for an elevator due to my mother being in wheel chair

My husband has a glutean allergy and the staff were more then accommodating and assisted with selection and preparation

I felt compared to prior cruises there was limited variety of entertainment. The rope course was closed a great period of times and some activities such as kids face painting closed 30 minutes early for no explained reason. very limited seating for shows
