Enjoyed my cruise. The ports were wonderful and I would do it again!

Great sights, relaxing atmosphere, poor logistics.

Despite the rude and unpleasant experience at the customer care desk, the cruise was fantastic overall. The smooth embarkation, excellent dining options, fun activities like pool, bowling, and arcades, along with outstanding entertainment, especially the Latin band, made the trip memorable. The waiters and room stewards provided exceptional service, enhancing the overall enjoyment.

The cruise served a purpose but I will find another option next time. Too many people, not enough time in ports and the excursion staff needs some serious coaching.

In addition to the lack of beer in the brewery, when my friend ordered one of the beers that they actually had, they charged him an extra Euro for the beer.

Europe is beautiful! Well worth the cost, for an overall great vacation!

En términos generales la pasamos muy bien. El servicio fue muy bueno. La calidad y variedad de la comida no es la misma de cruceros anteriores. Al igual que los shows. La impieza en general la encontramos muy buena. In general terms we had a very good time. The service was very good. The quality and variety of food is not the same as previous cruises. Just like the shows. We found the cleanliness in general to be very good.

Sad that we missed Valleta due to high winds, I really wanted to see it. Otherwise all the stops we good to excellent. I would recommend the itinerary. We liked the ship and the service

Paying for the Haven with all the perks is definitely worth it. The butler, concierge, restaurant and bar were phenomenal. When the weather got bad there was the courtyard swimming pool and hot tubs to enjoy.

We did not take any NCL excursions (used private companies)....glad we did ...we avoided several problems. Smooth sailing...chilly weather. Lots of ports....loved the itinerary. Washed our hands frequently...didn't get sick.

Incredibly good cruce, good services, food and remarcable personal attention on all labels. The entertainment was of mediocre quality compared with several other cruce lines.

A transatlantic cruise is a long time to be on a ship, but it was a wonderful experience. As always, the NCL staff went above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience for all. I would recommend this cruise to anyone who wants to give it a try!

Wonderful……we were nervous about a longer cruise, but it was fine and we had no problem filling our relaxing days at sea. One very windy day with big waves on the fourth day at sea, but the ship was very stable and comfortable.

The ship was large but entertainment venues were small. Casino had a good variety of games & slots but the casino was closed at 2am two days before we docked due to an Italian law. "Quiet areas" were not enforced. Food variety & quality needs improvement.

Food was enjoyable. Could be a little better. Drinks were too weak. Captain needs to be more visible like on Celebrity. Many people had trouble with excursions. I, luckily, did not.

The cruise would have been great if we did not loose some time while we were in Barcelona. The fueling barge came in late therefore losing time to visit Cannes France.

Overall a very nice cruise. Stayed well and enjoyed every day.

I would say that NCL is losing their touch! The workers look tired and not happy! I hate the fact that NCL did no reimbursement for their wrong doing. I had to unclog my own bathroom sink after waiting for 2 days to get it done. No reimbursement for not porting or my dinner fiasco and paying for an upgrade room but got a worst one than what I had originally! I think I will have to jump ship to Royal!

Except for unsupervised kids in the Haven private venues, very good. M8ght be time for Adult only Haven

Wait until they sort out the budget cuts or whatever. We shelled out $500 more apiece extra from our last ncl cruise during high season and the experience was worse then when we went on msc. We picked ncl because of our last two experience and for price we paid we feel cheated. I would chalk it up to just a one off but from the other reviews over the last 6 months this is just par for the course. This is their new normal no matter the port, the ship or the class of room
