I would say that NCL is losing their touch! The workers look tired and not happy! I hate the fact that NCL did no reimbursement for their wrong doing. I had to unclog my own bathroom sink after waiting for 2 days to get it done. No reimbursement for not porting or my dinner fiasco and paying for an upgrade room but got a worst one than what I had originally! I think I will have to jump ship to Royal!

Food and Dining

Same breakfast every day. Cagney was a big disappointment since my dinner was served to me after one hour. There were guest who sat 10 mins after me was served, they ate and had dessert before my dinner was served to me. All truth by the time it got to me I was so upset I did not touch it just walked away.
Onboard Activities

Spent most of the time in the thermal spa. Too many kids just wandering and behaving badly with no parents supervision.
Entertainment

Enjoyed the adult comedy shows but the room was a sauna
Children's Programs
No kids. I had a 18 year old
Service and Staff

The staff just looked miserable and tired. I met my steward for the 1 st time on day 4! Also, the spa workers were too pushy for sales! They constantly made you feel like there was something wrong with your skin or body that you needed service!
Ship Quality

I caught too many glasses in the elevator or on the floors and unflushed toilets!
I was on the Escape TWICE in the last 6 months! I disagree with pretty much everything in your review! Also. NCL does give you a $30 per person credit on your account if you miss Great Stirrup Cay! You just didn't look instead of complaining!
Odd, we were on the same cruise and we each were compensated $60.00 for missing Great Stirrup Cay. We first found out by other cruisers and checked our invoice and the credit was applied.
