Get experience. As a first timer I was hesitant but was very happy with the experience.

Food quality and what they use to give has gone down. Entertainment on the ship was bad and limited. Certain things on the ship were removed I.e ice bar, clubs, outdoor bars, food options. Encountered some rude staff, Bermuda was very expensive place to visit. Disembarking in NYC was a complete disaster as well. The cruise director Jamie was horrible. The list goes on...

I don't think I would book another cruise through BJ's

Relaxing cruise, some kids aboard but never saw them. Take advantage of the $7 per person-one way shuttle to Horseshoe Beach instead of the $40 per person round trip offered by the cruise.

We love Norwegian the Escape is a large well maintained ship that’s offers many different activities The crew is friendly and make all the guests feel comfortable and catered to Bermuda is a lovely peaceful port

Overall we had a great cruise! The staff was friendly. My only complaint was there was a lack of on board activities.

All in all, it was just OK. The Dinner dining staff was very slow ( a 20 minute wait for appetizers on 2 occasions and another 20 minute wait for dessert one night) Only 2 of the Waiters asked if we wanted coffee with dessert.

Mistakenly understood that our payment had included gratuities of $15 per person per day

Very good vacation choice. Everything was taken care of. Great food and service. A lot of fun. Love the freestyle!

If you like large crowds and I mean lots of people and smoke filled casinos, then this is your ship. If you prefer less people and a more intimate cruise look for a smaller capacity ship.

Relaxing, revitalizing, and fun! Island tour was unforgettable!

We enjoyed our ports of call but did not enjoy our cruise. We will not be taking another Norwegian Cruise.

The places we visited were nice, but the cruising experience does not seem a good fit for us. The embarkations and disembarkations were a pain and seemed not well organized. Maybe a smaller ship would have been better; maybe it was just poorly planned and disorganized.

Probably won't do Norwegian again, primarily due to service.

While I enjoyed this cruise, I wouldn't do it again. It was too cold for a cruise and cruise lines aren't really geared up for the cold weather cruises.

We had a fabulous time and consider this in our top 5 cruises we have taken over our 20 = years of cruising!!
