Review summary

Relaxing cruise, some kids aboard but never saw them. Take advantage of the $7 per person-one way shuttle to Horseshoe Beach instead of the $40 per person round trip offered by the cruise.

We are Platinum and were put in a separate line for processing. There was another line for maybe ?Gold and they were processing that group first.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Bayomo was fantastic- went on the first dinner, so we knew it would be fresh. LaCucina- very disappointing- Chicken cacciatore was made with 4 pieces of dark meat on the bone-yuk! LeBistro- service was horrendous, sat down at 7:30 and did not receive soup until 8:10. I asked the waitress "was the kitchen on strike?" She didn't get it. Entree came out 20 minutes later with no explanation of why it was taking so long. After dinner the Maitre'd came by and we told him how unhappy we were with the service. We did not leave an additional tip. Cagney's- awesome as usual lunch in the Savor and Taste was slow service. I like to enjoy a relaxing lunch, but when others around you are served and finished and you don't have your salad- what's going on?? Garden cafe- loved the panini sandwiches at the rear of the chip Beverage package- great, easy to find drinks

Onboard Activities

Played mini-golf

Entertainment

Choir of Med was 6 stars!! outstanding!!! Can't say enough about the production. Wish it was longer. Piano man at District Brew House was very talented. We watched the Patriots game, while he sang. Howling at the Moon- have seen better on other ships

Service and Staff

Nothing outstanding in this area. Room was cleaned morning and during dinner.

Ship Quality

ship was clean Would have liked to see more comfy chairs in the Atrium for the activities

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Bed comfortable, plenty of towels, right by the elevators which was convenient- didn't hear any noise.

Ship tip

Explore the ship on Day 1 so you know where things are.

Ports of call

Bermuda is beautiful. Rented scooters to explore the island on our own. They now have 2-seater cars to rent, which may be safer.
