Always book through BJ’s. Never had an issue. Maybe shared balcony vs. shared room wasn’t explained to the rep correctly. Not sure what you were looking for; our reps are always aware of what we want. Sorry you had a problem but it wasn’t BJ’s fault.

I don't know what you mean by a shared room. When you booked did your invoice list 2 rooms? From what I hear they can't move the divider between the balconies. It's some safety thing

What do you mean by a shared room instead of a shared balcony? It’s not clear. Rooms next to each other that share a balcony may also have interconnecting doors as well. And the balconies are only shared if the divider is opened, upon request.
