Great cruise on NCL...Plan to do again on NCL..Enjoyed myself

First time on this ship and haven't been on a ship where we had to make reservations for entertainment for a long time and that was only one ship. Know better next time to get reservations as soon as we get on ship. Very noisy in O'Sheehans and a big drinking crowd that we steered away from

Overall, we had a very good time and glad we took this cruise. Norwegian is definitely a class act!

It was our first and was great!! I would do it again but maybe not get off the ship!! I paid for the vibe and we just liked relaxing.

We have cruised on several other cruise lines, and this by far was our worst experience. In talking to other guests it seemed to be the consensus. Service overall on the entire ship was fair. I was charged for a bingo game that I did not attend, and come to find out didn't even exist. It took 4 times to guest services to get it fixed. The people in guest services were very hard to understand, and they were having trouble understanding me. Shore excursion wasn't booked properly, so I had to go to them to fix. My son never did get his free wifi minutes. I needed to work some and the wifi was absolutely a joke. I even paid for the upgrade. The drill at the beginning was unorganized, and downright comical. We had to sit in a smokey casino, and never did get to see the demonstration. Good thing we watched the video, and didn't need it. Our room steward, and one of our servers (ONE the entire trip) were great. Everyone else acted like they didn't care, nor were they helpful or friendly. The communication onboard was horrible. We had a party of 3, and all reservations are geared towards groups of 2. We couldn't get into any other restaurants. The buffet food was always cold. I mean everything! Soup....cold. Veggies...cold and under cooked. We ordered the steak in Taste medium rare, and it was dry overcooked and was like beef jerky. There was hardly any shopping onboard. Except a ton of jewelry. No thanks. It is funny because we are pretty easy to please. We don't typically complain. However, it was absolutely everything on this cruise that was fair to poor. And we've cruised Carnival before!! They are like the Walmart of the cruise world, and we enjoyed them over this.

Took friends on their first cruise and they enjoyed it so much that they booked 2 more. Wonderful time

I purchased cruise credits a year ago and regret it, now I have to use them up. I have one more Norwegian cruise coming up in April but after that I will never sail on Norwegian again. I have so many things I dislike about this Cruise line. Food is honestly awful, very plain I am not sure if they have a cheese shortage or just trying to save money and push customers to pay extra for the specialty dining. You also need to read the fine print on what vegetables are included in your meal. A few times when I just ordered the main entry, I was served a blob of soggy cooked spinach as a side vegetable, since then I have looked for what vegetable comes with the meal and have substituted the soggy spinach with broccoli, or something more appetizing. I ordered French onion soup in the main dining room; it was a bowl or broth with some onions and a piece of bread floating in it with a half a teaspoon of cheese on the bread. (I always like French onion soup but because of all the baked-on cheese on top), I heard the French restaurant on board has a proper French onion soup. I went to the Italian restaurant (specialty restaurant) when I was on Norwegian sky and ordered the Lasagna, this was not much better, it was basically noodles with meat sauce and for some reason hardly any cheese. I ordered cream of broccoli cheese soup, it was very plain, I could not taste any cheese, it was like I just ordered some boiled broccoli. They have decided to replace the usual half & half cream for the coffee with coffee mate creamers, even when I asked if I could get some proper half & half cream for my coffee they could not and said we have this instead (coffee mate creamer). I am guessing this is a push for us to purchase coffee at Starbucks on board. Pool tables cost $4.95 US per game, I know I have played pool on RCC ships, and they do not cost anything. This so called anytime dining is a bad idea, it should be called if you want to dine at regular times expect to wait 3/4 of an hour for a table or eat late. every night we had long waits to eat, usually 3/4 of an hour or more at the Manhattan restaurant and 1/2 to 3/4 or an hour at the Taste and Savor restaurants. We barely saw any shows because the line ups were so long, and it was hard to make any reservations. I went to one show that was good but had to stand the entire time. We had credits on our account because they cancelled 2 ports, one was for an excursion we booked, and one was for port fees. We had to line up at guest services to collect the money or they would not let us disembark, and they refused to refund our credit cards, so basically the entire ship had to waste time lining up on the last day to get their money or they would be delayed disembarking on the Saturday. This was ridiculous, they said they did not have the means to refund our credit cards???? I said can you at least pay me back in Canadian funds as I am Canadian, and I paid my payments in Canadian. I spoke with someone working for Norwegian on board (not a dining staff or my cabin attendant) that told me the staff has been given a pay cut and have been told to work longer hours and on top pf that Norwegian is keeping the gratuities we pay for the cabin attendants and dining staff. I believed them because I could see many staff members did not look happy. I decided that well I can't do much about the dining staff as we had a different waiter every night, I went to guest services and told them I am not happy with the service and because these gratuities are optional, I got a complete refund, and decided I would give that full amount directly to the cabin attendant. Waiter service was also hard to find a server, I am assuming this is, so we have to line up to get a drink or do without, reducing the quantity of drinks we consume on our beverage package. My cabin was small but sufficient and the cabin attendant did a good job keeping fresh towels and cleaning the room twice daily and she was very pleasant when we saw her. I have one more sailing with Norwegian because of my cruise credits, once that's done, I will never sail with Norwegian cruises again

Had good time over all with family, I think our next vacation will be an all inclusive land vacation.

Absolutely horrendous cruise, 3rd with NCL and a stark departure from what we first experienced with them. It was bad enough to turn us off from any cruises, and we've done 7 in our life. We may go back to cruising, but only on Disney, I hear it's worth the price you pay. Everything from the entertainment to the way were treated and lied to would turn any seasoned cruiser off this type of vacation. I cannot emphasize how much we took all of this in stride and tried not to blame the staff on board but the Food and beverage manager yelling at us was unacceptable, furthermore no other staff the saw this or was informed of this actually cared. The company is operating like it's going out of business. We have asked for a full refund but have not heard back yet. Loss of money is not as bad as the lost vacation time we can not get back. I will never sail NCL again, even if it were free.

Overall a great cruise with many great memories made with the kids.

Fantastic cruise. I was disappointed that there was no teen club or planned activities, and the kids club was not much offered. As for the rest of the ship, it was fantastic. Very clean and amazing staff! The food was delicious. Lots of options to choose from. Not a lot of variety with the entertainment, but overall would give it an 8 out of 10.

New years cruise was packed which was expected. We spent most of our time in the thermal spa area to have quiet time. Plus you could always get a lounger. We were there every day to avoid the crowds. The spa passes were worth the money.

Great stirrup cay didn't have much to do unless you are a swimmer.

For our first ever cruise Norwegian does a great job of getting you hooked on this form of vacations. Fun affordable and relaxing

Was very disappointed in this cruise. This was our first cruse since 2019 pre-Covid. Wish we chose a different trip for our milestone anniversary

I and the other 10 people in our group would not bother with this cruise again.

Our family has been cruising for Christmas since 2013. Always enjoy worrying about nothing except spending time with family, eating, drinking, and relaxing. DON'T get the wifi package! Unplug from the world and recharge your batteries.

Overall a nice enough cruise. Some good, some bad, and service not quite up to snuff but, for now, I'm going to chalk that up to it being a completely full cruise. Back to off-season cruising for me and hopefully that will show me a better side to NCL service the next time.
