Was very disappointed in this cruise. This was our first cruse since 2019 pre-Covid. Wish we chose a different trip for our milestone anniversary

There was confusion between NCL personnel directing us to bard the ship. We were told to go into one line when we got up to the next NCL person, she barked at us that we need to go back and why were we there. It was extremely frustrating.

There was NEVER ENOUGH lounge chairs. This cruise had the rudest passengers who would put their belongings on one chair and lay on another. One family of 4 ad 8 chairs taken

Do not like how you had to book all the events before the cruise instead of first come first serve. Every show/event was booked and if you wanted to stand in the stand by line. This was ridiculous.

Book your onboard activities ahead of time. If you decide not to attend something you booked CANCEL your reservation as soon as possible so someone else can enjoy it.
The disembark was organized except for the passengers who felt the lines were not for them. The just pushed their way through because they were so important and the rest of us weren’t.
Thanks for the heads up, heard the same thing,,,,booked as soon as u board the ship….I like it before when you didn’t have to book the activities. We plan on relaxing on our balcony …..first time cruise for my hubby.
