Review summary

My luggage was lost on arrival. They made me jump hoops to get it back. My toilet kept breaking til I fixed it myself. Ncl is dropping the ball. I might have to go back to Royal Caribbean

Sorry your vacation went this way. Unfortunately, you have to ask for an iron on every ncl.

From the sound of your review, maybe cruising isn't for you. It seems you spent your entire cruise looking for things to complain about. I've been on several NCL cruises over the last year and had a great time with no complaints about food quality or service.
