It was truly amazing. An experience everyone should have at least once. I can't say enough about my dining experience at The Manhattan Room with our server SETIAMI & her Supervisor PLACIDO...the highlight of our week. Never a dull moment because of the amazing entertainment, wonderful shows & the best crew ever!!! Everyone should be commended for professionalism. We had the best time!

The shows were amazing. We especially loved the show After Midnight. It was so amazing that we went to see it twice. Very entertaining & the cast is very talented. The Company Men were also great & talented. We enjoyed the magic show, the comedy show, the Sax player from Romance, Wine & Sax was awesome as was the band who did back up. The Brat Pack were also very talented but we didn't care for the bad language.

My favorite experience was in The Manhattan Room where our server SETIAMI made sure we had the best time & it was perfect. She paid attention to every detail with her bubbly personality. She loves her job and it shows. We enjoyed her so much that we requested to be in her section the next several evenings. She went above & beyond any of our expectations making our evening meals the highlight of our cruise. She is truly an asset to the NCL serving team. Also SETIAMI's Supervisor Placido was also very attentive to making sure everything went smoothly. Setiami & Placido should be commended for the effort they put into making our dining experience superb!!! Our room steward Helen was also great & very good at what she does. I loved the towel animals on our bed each night. Also to be commended are the two young ladies in the Garden Café that walk around every day with smiles on there faces & sing about the special that day...different tomorrow. I enjoyed seeing them each day but did not get names. We also spoke to Elvis Simpson who works very hard in the Garden Café clearing tables. He took time to make us laugh. The whole crew should be commended as they all do there jobs well. They are all very well trained. We also enjoyed the Cruise Director very much.

We didn't spend much time in our room. We were only there to shower & sleep but found it very comfortable. Our room was very clean. Helen did a great job!!!
Ship tip
We tell everyone to cruise Norwegian because of the free style dining & the great shows & entertainment. W tell them they won't be disappointed!
I love this port!!! I love Miami!!! We spend alot of time in Miami & at the port of Miami. It's beautiful there. We didn't do an excursion in Miami as we had our own transportation.
This was our favorite port!!! Very beautiful all around. Enjoyed the shopping, the mountains & the beach. We did an excursion that took us up through the mountain to the beach. We enjoyed cocktails on the beach & beach was so pretty & warm. Just loved it. I will go there again.
This port very nice! We walked the shops & then walked over to Junkanoo Beach. The water was pretty & warm. We enjoyed beer & tequila shots. We didn't do an excursion this trip.
My favorite was the Manhattan room as well but I sat in different locations and had different servers but thought they all were very nice. I Love the live jazzy music and that it is a complementary dinning room! Well done NCL
