Review summary

Most of the employees either don't care or were not trained in providing excellent customer service. Some were even down right rude. The ship is beautiful. The service in every dining room was extremely slow. I also found dirty underwear, socks, shirt and pants under my bed day two.. which must of been from a previous guest. They smelled really bad so not sure how long they were under there.

We were fortunate then, our room was cleaned twice daily. We did find housekeeping the nicest. At the speciality restaurant we didn't mind the slower pace, found it relaxing. In the one restaurant we had a young waitress start cleaning our table and taking our bread and plate. We tired explaining we had not got our dinner yet. But language barrier was tough with some. Our primary server took her aside and let into her in Chinese. They would not let us tip, b/c of her mistakes etc. I did like the fact there was supervisors for everything and they over see a lot. But about your room I would have called. Sorry you didn't have a good experience. We did tip our Stewart and I guess she spoiled us!
