Always plan all excursions , entertainment, and reservations and know what to expect. Allow extra time to allow for any delays due to weather or conditions that may delay your planned schedule.

Ship Great Entertainment Great If you PAY. Most of the cruise lines have moved to the new business model like the airlines and hotels were they start to charge for the extras that were once part of the package. then tell the public this is fair.

See the Blue Man Group. Eat in Manhattan probably your best bet.

Expect to pay for even the smallest activities. The stairs to the fifth floor are blocked. You have to go to the 6th floor and then down escalators to the 5th floor. Look at a blue print when reserving your room, pick one with the concave part of wave by the window to get bed by balcony.

eat at the sit down resturants, the garden cafe is okay for early breakfast but if it is later you have trouble finding a place to sit and eat.

The Epic is a huge floating hotel with a wide range of activities and luxuries. The stateroom with the balcony overlooking the Mediterranean was a dream come true.

get a room close by the elevator that takes you to the Garden Café, that's the same entrance to the pool area and it's close to the elevator you get on when coming back from most excursions

Being such a big ship be careful about excursions involving tending. A lot of people come back at the same time and the lines can get very long to get back on board.

Go see EVERY show possible. Not much of a song/dance fan myself, as I would not have gone to these shows at home, but I found that I had a great time at every show. whoever picked out the shows did a fantastic job.
