Review summary

We had taken this same transatlantic crossing in 2012 and what a difference 2 years makes!

We had enjoyed the first crossing emensely. This time however the service and food had detiriorated significantly. We met others who felt the same way!

The menu had been reworked and was either tasteless or over spiced. Taste, the small restaurant on the lower level sits just above the water and offers a unique complimentary experience. That is still enjoyable but the service was very slow and mistakes were made on a regular basis.

The ship itself is in need of a refurbishment even though it is only 4 years old. Carpets and fixtures are showing wear, extreme in some cases.
