Great experience. Staff was awesome. Great itinerary.

Very disappointed. Probably will never do NCL again. Definitely will look for newer ships when deciding on future cruises to go on.

A great trip. My wife says it is the best vacation she has ever had. We found the onboard entertainment to be good, the food mostly excellent and the staff to be wonderful. The trip we were on was a repositioning cruise and so we had a lot of days at sea. We enjoyed each and every one of them.

Was my first transatlantic. Overall I enjoyed the cruise and the food was good. Specialty restaurants, less La Cucina, were very good. Wish the weather had been better so we could have used the pool areas etc. but can't control Mother Nature. It was much colder a crossing than anticipated.

Overall we enjoyed this trip, 3rd time on Epic but probably would not go on her again.

The cruise was very nice, with a great itinerary and price. I would try Norwegian again after this on newer ships to see if maybe they put more into the food and entertainment.

You need to ask for veterans benefits before departure because they will not give you any kind of benefit once you are in the cruise.

Overall cruise was very good, beautiful weather, ship crew were friendly and accommodating. Shore excursions were very good. Nice Caribbean cruise.

This was the worst NCL cruise we have ever been on. 1. The service all over the boat in all areas was horrible. The two at sea days there were no servers on the pool deck to be found. The lines at the bar were insane because of this. Workers were over worked, stressed, and rude. 2. Gratuites were increased and your room is only cleaned one time a day now in the morning. 3. The rooms were so small, the smallest we have ever seen for a balcony for 4. 4. Service in the speciality restaurants, main restaurants was slow, horrible, food took forever, with the exception of the Italian Restaurant. We have another cruise planned with NCL in April that we will be cancelling becasue of our experience on this cruise. I am unsure if we will ever cruise NCL again due to this.

Would not suggest NCL unless they address the issues with quality of food, lack of personnell to handle the crowds

Don’t recommend if you are looking for set dining times. If you have dietary needs bring snacks from home.

Overall, a fun cruise. Good food, hard working crew, good shows fun ports. Poor enforcement of hygiene. No enforcement of smoking areas. People were smoking everywhere, inside and outside of the ship. There was even someone in an adjoining balcony cabin smoking marijuana, so we were not fully able to enjoy our balcony.

Very good ports of call. Of all of them, I'd say St. Lucia was most disappointing but perhaps it was our choice of a boring excursion that is coloring our view. Oranjestad (Aruba) and Willemstad (Curacao) are easily explored on foot right from the pier. Beautiful cities with much to see and do. St. Kitts was also splendid. somehow we missed one of our stops ... not sure why

Cruise was great a time, the ship has a lot to do if you want to or just sit back and relax. Food was excellent and all of the staff.

The getting on and off the ship needs to be a little better organized with people who know the answers.

I heard about the split bathroom issues and the wavy desing of the cabins. This is my third trip on a Norwegian ship and really, this is the WORST..!!! Never again will travel on the Epic.

Fun cruise with a well thought out itinerary. The dining rooms were nice with great options. The specialty dining rooms were amazing. The bars seemed well stocked and the staffed worked hard. My only regret is not booking a Haven suite...

Great Destinations. I was shocked to see the rooms and the laid out is curved and small. The Balcony was huge, loved it get it you can 10012. The buffet times were limited so it made the other restaurants busy. Overall the boat is big and plenty to do.

A very boring no fun at all ship with bad entertainment, bad food that made me sick. Terrible music at the clubs and bars just not a good selection of people either. overcrowded too many couples and no singles. Really was a complete waste of money and would never cruise with NCL ever again.

Great weather and enjoyed new Ports ( Boniare, St Lucia and St Kitts ) we had never been to before
