It was a hit or miss. Some were helpful and others not. Most of the room stewards and waiters seemed sleepy or tired. The customer service desk had long lines and not too helpful when asking questions about things billed.

Really sorry you came away with such a low opinion. We have found our time with NCL was worth every penny. It could be that you have a mindset that needs structure. Set dining times for example. While most cruisers embrace the Free at Sea thinking it isn't for everyone. Hope you find a cruise line that offers you the vacation experience you want.

I was on this same cruise. Disagree with pretty much all of your points. Also clear you didn’t do research beforehand as NCL started freestyle, no set dining times.
