Overall, this cruise was a very nice return to cruising for me after a couple of years of covid related travel limitations. The itinerary was full of interesting ports, which is what I like in a cruise. The crew were cheerful and attentive. My cabin was a comfy oasis to return to after a fun day of touring. The food was quite tasty and the entertainment abundant. I would highly recommend this ship and itinerary!

Would not have taken this cruise if I knew it was so restricted. Norwegian advertised fully vaccinated cruise with freedom to act accordingly. Was not the case in reality.

In overall, the cruise was a treat after a 1.5 year long isolation. The choice of this cruise was mainly to burn an expiring voucher but we must say that the experience of post-covid cruising was better than expected. All operations on the ship went well, dining and service experience was excellent. The ship is OK, we might choose another one next time and we did not sign up for any future cruise certificate as we do not see many interesting routes with NCL. NOTE: Do not drink the sparkling wine you'll get as a returning guest - unless you really, really want to have a headache.

Being on one of the first Western Mediterranean cruises post pandemic has challenges. Norwegian did an excellent job in making us safe. There was less freedom in Italy to enjoy visit. I am glad we went but need to revisit when the world is more normal

Overall nice cruise in the Haven aboard the Epic. I do not think it was a very good value for the money, however, having sailed in other cruiseline’s suite categories.

Over all it was a nice itinerary. We Enjoyed the islands and shops. Most all the people on the islands was friendly and helpful.

This was our 6th cruise with Norwegian, and as far as the Epic goes, probably our least favorite ship. I think we'll be looking at smaller ships in the future, and maybe move away from NCL. Not sure the few Latitude rewards they give you really make up for the thousands of dollars you spend, and get a so-so experience. This voyage was to include a stop in Bonnaire, but it was taken off the itinerary without explanation, and the time spent in Curacao was originally a more reasonable 8am port time, than the 6am time that had us rolling our eyes...Sometimes I wonder if the head honchos at NCL try and make their employees that serve us on the ship make up for their own lack of "keeping the customer satisfied" with communication. Frank Del Rio...Why was there a change in the ship's itinerary??? No one else seems to know!

We had a great time on this cruise! It was great spending time with family. I would recommend it to anyone.

This ship although huge was very easy to move around in and I was wheelchair bound. There was always a staff or crew member willing to assist you. Areas on ship are always clean. Extra care and sanitation is given to entrances to dining areas. The phrase "washy washy, happy happy" keeps ringing in my head. Been on many cruises, so far Norwegian is my favorite. Freestyle is for me!

Excellent cruise. I enjoyed the Epic (the Thermal Spa was amazing!) The ports were excellent and I would do them again.

Overall it was a very nice experience. The layout of the vessel is different, but you get used to it. Even though it was a sold out trip, it never felt too overcrowded. The food was good, but not gourmet. Too much chicken. Missed some shrimp or escargots. The theater was too small, but at least they had two daily performances. The ports of call were good, but needed more time in some of them.

Loved the destinations just times were bad. Least favorite balcony room on Norwegian. Too many people which made buffer, pool area, gym not as enjoyable. Hallways were warm and NO air in elevators.

I will never go on this ship again because of the balcony stateroom's poor layout. The rest of the ship is fine just showing its wear and tear.

This is definitely a ship with a younger crowd. It would be fine for some people, but for us it was far too crowded.

Flights booked by Norwegian were horrible, will never do that again. Enjoyed the itinerary.

We loved the specialty restaurants, food was very good, the main dining room was great, the main shows were outstanding but we didn't like the ship or stateroom design. We love Norwegian but not this ship. We won't sail on the Epic again. We have been on many of Norwegian's ships and the Epic design pales in comparison. We didn't care for the way they set up their entertainment venues either (excluding the theater). Putting their best performances in the smallest of venues when they had much larger more accomadating venues that were under utlized.

Loved seeing islands I have heard of throughout my life. Excellent service and enjoyable shore excursions. Lots of deals offered by . Overall happy with the value of this vacation. A genuinely fun time!

Despit all the negative reviews about the epic we love it. Go with friends and enjoy the many island in the southern Caribbean. Excellent food and entertainment
