Overall nice cruise in the Haven aboard the Epic. I do not think it was a very good value for the money, however, having sailed in other cruiseline’s suite categories.

Excellent. Easy. Did miss the glass of champagne they used to provide Haven passengers while you waited to board the ship.

Food and Dining

Service in the specialty dining rooms was average. Food was excellent. Used the buffets sparingly but they were good each time.
Onboard Activities

Activities were good. There were some mechanical issues with the air hockey machines in the game room but no staff located there who could assist.
Entertainment

Comedians, dialing pianos and Priscilla show all excellent.
Service and Staff

Mixed. Haven steward and butler were fantastic. Waitstaff in Haven were mostly excellent. Haven pool waiter was great. Service outside of Haven was mixed.

Excellent with the exception of bathroom. It smelled like sewage constantly.
Agree. It’s an experience to stay in the Haven and we do appreciate that we are to fortunate to have been able to sail on Epic 4 times, staying in the Haven on each occasion. However, cost had gone up by over 100% between the 1st and 3rd vacation and I can’t help but question as to whether it now represents value for money.
