Teppanyaki gets 5 stars, what an awesome time with delicious food. Staff was great. Moderno get 2, food and waiter were not of specialty quality. Cagney and La Cucina get 3 stars.

Not friendly overall. The buffet staff was the most professional, friendly, helpful. Often times disorganized.

We never met our cabin steward, room cleaning and organization was substandard. The room was dusty, we had to wipe down surfaces. 2nd night we had to call so we can get a cover for our mattress. We advised the cabin steward was not cleaned, she did not apologized, she said we had not turn the dial to make up cabin, we immediately went out to confirm, the dial was still on "Make up cabin". So many other issues. In our laundry we received a blouse that did not belong to us. We notified immediately, it was never picked up. This was been our worst caing stewart experience in our 20 years of cruising.
