Review summary

Very packed ship older ship and shows age. Room was OK. Make sure if you get a balcony room the bed is near the balcony. Pools are tiny, lines for drinks very very long. Entertainment other than 1 show was very subpar for a company that prides itself on quality entertainment. Food was generally good. Service was hit or miss bit you can tell the workers were overworked and were not happy.

Great itinerary. I've sailed the epic and can't remember a problem with crowds. It had so much on it we couldn't try everything in the 7 days aboard.and had a great time with all the shows and music in the back of the ship every night. Avoiding peak times on any ship in any area is almost second nature to us. Better luck next time.

I think expectations ruin actual events. Anyone reading reviews on all cruise ships knows cruising is back in full swing. And it takes scant minutes to look up the specific ships to know age, size, numbets of passengers, cabin layouts, dates of refurbishing etc. We do our homework then make our plans. We also sunscribe to a number of vloggers to get a personal take of the reality of ships. Information makes all the difference in the cruise experience.

I especially love when they say ship was packed with people. Every ship sails full and a large ship will have a lot of people.

Agree, did not meet expectations. I don’t think I will sail on the epic again because of the bathrooms in the cabin.
