They are sending back people at the exit asking them to clear the onboard dues, despite of giving them the credit card on file to charge. It’s a chaotic mess.

Negative reviews happen but if you can find no good in your vacation….I’ve cruised with Norwegian 9 times and it’s been pretty good every time even on the oldest ship Spirit. Sounds like you may need Disney if you wish to cruise again.

I think you were too busy trying to find fault in everything that you forgot to enjoy your cruise! We loved the Epic! The crew was outstanding, ship was immaculate and we had no problems at all with the slides.

Sounds like you wanted to find every thing that wasn’t perfect and complain about it. Try instead going on a cruise to have a good time and not worry about little things that aren’t perfect or go to plan. Every one of my trips has had some sort of issue (or more than one in some instances). I deal with them and move on and manage to still have a great time. I’ve found that NCL does their best to fix things when they are made aware of issues. They aren’t perfect and I don’t expect them or anyone else to be.

I say BS! The Epic is neither old nor filthy. If you want a cruise that cators to your kids, stick to Disney.
