Horrible - the lines were long and the folks working the desk didn't seem to care about the customers. Took forever to get key cards once we actually made it to the desk.

Once you figure it out, it's not so bad but there is a strange 5th floor that you can't get to from all staircases.

It was fine. Kind of strange that there was no real bathroom. The shower was on the left and the toilet on the right as you enter and the sink was in the bed area.
Just arrived from the airport and got on the ship. Interesting how close to the city it is and as we sailed out it was a beautiful view of the city lit up.
Love this port though we didn't have much time during daylight. We got delayed a couple times and had from 4 - 10 pm - not great when it gets dark at 6 pm.
