Room steward was great but service fell extremely short in dining rooms and bar service. Towel service was the worst I’ve seen. Long lines and they ran out of towels a lot

Ships layout was horrible. Venues were often too small or poorly designed resulting in massive crowds. Not easy to navigate around the ship. Signage was terrible for bathrooms. Bathrooms were very spread out. No reason they shouldn’t be available right outside Taste dining room or O’Sheehans for example.

Room was clean but carpet and couch were an ugly mustard color. Bed being circular was terrible, my ankles hung off the bed.
