Review summary

overall a good experience, some spotty weather forced the ship to divert to Gaudeloupe and Martinique which messed up some excursions that were planned but not blaming anyone for that. My only real complaint is the food, I sailed with Carnival last year and would have to say that their food offerings and quality were superior, which I found surprising considering many peoples low opinion of Carnival....

the food was somewhat disappointing, little or no seafood in the buffet, no lobster dinner (as I had on a Carnival cruise last year at no additional charge) also it may sound like a small thing but would it cost so much to have some decent soft ice cream instead of the usual "ice milk" ??

All cruise lines have been forced to reduce costs in their food offerings. The last Carnival ship we were on the food was just a touch less desirable than Norwegian. Thanks for posting, we are scheduled to be on the Epic, out of San Juan, in March. Can't wait!

Sounds like over all you did enjoy. As far as food that sometimes is hit and miss but usually pretty good on most ships.
