Boarding was the worst I have ever experienced. It took us three hours to get from the plane to the ship and then a huge line of traffic that was so bad that people who had taken a taxi or Uber were let off a mile away from the ship and had to walk .
Norwegian Epic Cruise Review to Caribbean - Southern
I would not go on the Epic again or go out of Puerto Rico. Staff and food was very good. I would not rate my cruise a 3.5 more like a 2. This survey is not easy to take.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Very good, the Shanghai's restaurant was not very good. Buffet was extremely busy.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Adult pool was very good but hard to get into and to get out. The Spa needs to allow clients to use the pool and spa when paying for a session.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Karaoke, Howl at the Moon Dueling Pianos, were excellent. Never went to Cirque Dreams would not pay extra for the show. Priscilla Queen of the Dessert was not good, Burn the Floor was okay.
Children's Programs
no children

Ship Quality
2 out of 5
Design and layout is very poor. You have to go thru the casino to go from aft to stern, thru the smoke and congestion. No full track for walking. Main pools very small. Cabin layout is very hard to move around, the sofa takes up a lot of room. No grand staircase. Entertainment poolside does not allow people to pass through from Garden Cafe to the bar or pool. The venue for the Latitudes was way to small for the people invited, (NO PLACE TO SIT) ran out of some of the apps.
Cabin / Stateroom
2 out of 5
Cabin is small, sofa is in the way for ample room for walking past another person, cabin clean and steward very nice and helpful.
Ship tip
Do not go on the Epic if you like a smaller ship with less lines and more free entertainment.
We completely agree with this review. The Epic is run like NCL has never operated a ship before, and the San Juan port is run like everyone just took a sharp blow to the head.
