Review summary

One big issue we found was the lack of communication between the crew and the passengers. Our excursions were changed and we were not notified. We did not get any sort of apology for the embarkation problems. Nor any compensation for the port that was canceled after we paid

Cleanliness was fine. We had a few maintenance issues in our cabin. The layout could be better with more elevators as well as places to sit out and enjoy the sea

They do normally refund the port charges for any missed ports. This should have gone back as a credit to your final account.

You do not get compensation for a missed port, it’s in the contract that you electronically sign.
