Review summary

I have cruised NCL many times, but it may be my last. I am still not happy they changed the itinerary after I booked the cruise and the overall attention to guest satisfaction has gone way down. Unless you have to financially DO NOT take advantage of the airfare option. They had me fly from Seattle to Fort Lauderdale to Atlanta and then to Puerto Rico. Many other guests I spoke with had a similar experience. Also, seriously look for other options/companies that offer shore excursions that NCL, they were my favorite

My cabin steward was excellent and the wait staff is great at the specialty restaurants. Also the bar tenders were very responsive for the # number of guests. Beware, the cruise next person is super pushy and not open about the fine print
