Review summary

The actual cruise was fine but not great. The staff was overworked and understaffed. It definitely showed. The lack of communication was really an issue.

NCL has lost their minds with this cruise! It was the absolute worst day! They were so absent and disorganized, that it took 4.5 hours to get checked in! No communication from NCL at all. It was so hot, people were passing out. Still no one from NCL came to help or offer water or anything.

We already lost a day in the beginning of our trip. The cruise did not sail on Sunday but on Monday 9 am. Then we had to be out of our staterooms by 8am the last day. We could choose to disembark ourselves. It would have been nice if NCL would have offered something because what we paid for was a 7 day cruise and what we got was a 5 day cruise!

Excelente vacaciones

Boarding was the worst I have ever experienced. It took us three hours to get from the plane to the ship and then a huge line of traffic that was so bad that people who had taken a taxi or Uber were let off a mile away from the ship and had to walk .
