There was no information given for leaving the ship, very poor! you had to go ask for information and then it changed depending on the person you talked too..very poor

The night before getting off the ship, simply read the Freestyle Programm and the debarkation process is well described. Also, the morning of, they make lot's of announcements. I didn't find anything complicated...

I would have loved if you included specifics on the “lack of information” in giving such a vague post you effectively gave a lack of information as well?

Always ask question over and over when they are so important. Sometimes I think they probably get tired of me at the desk asking a 2nd or 3rd time.
