We had a great time on our cruise. The entertainment and food were amazing! We will definitely cruise with Norwegian again.

Food and drink, overall, was excellent, especially in the specialty restaurants. The service was very good in these (specialty) restaurants, but I witnessed arguing among staff and poor staff attitude in the buffet dinning area. There were even staff members complaining aloud and staring at their cell phones.
Onboard Activities

I did not take part in many of the activities on board, but did notice that a couple of the kids pools were shut down all week.

The staff at the service desk were very helpful, however, the service provided by many of the other staff members was very unsatisfactory! Some examples include; having a reservation in a specialty restaurant and being told that we would be seated IF they had any remaining seating available, matradees seating us without ever saying a word (no welcome, etc.), and bartenders joking and playing with each (for several minutes) other while patrons were waiting to be served (there was even an instance when another bartender came up and apologized for his coworkers). The service at the pool bar was terrible.

The ship was fairly clean, but we had just come from a cruise on Costa (a much smaller cruise line), and their ship was very clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

We actually tried an interior cabin for the first time (in our 5 cruises) and we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of room that we had.
Ship tip
Be prepared for a lack of genuine customer service, or even good service, but the entertainment and food are very good!
