Review summary

As sort of experienced cruisers, we knew how to avoid too many people and to take advantage of what was important to us. I recommend to not follow the crowd, while still looking closely at each days activity and do those things that have some interest to you.

We parked within 50 yards of the ship and got on in minutes.

We did not dine at any specialty restaurants and still enjoyed the food tremendously.

There so much to do and not enough time to do it all.

Entertainment

We saw a world class violinist and the Epic Beatles group. Both were excellent.

Our mini-suite steward was excellent, couldn't ask for more.

Ship Quality

Ship design was good, but not great. The atrium was only two floors, probably added floor space. Some of the live music areas were mostly in the walkway areas. Nice, but could have been a little more private.

Cabin / Stateroom

Awesome, especially for two people.

Ship tip

The Taste restaurant was good to eat at more than once. Also, we never waited in line for food, because we know not to go eat when everyone else does.

If you want some privacy, keep walking past the people to the end of the walkway, it has a small cove and not a lot of people.

What time did you get there to embark? I've been seeing mixed reviews but I haven't seen anything about what time they're getting on. We are cruising on the Epic on Monday. We've cruised the Escape twice and we got to choose our times which was great!
