Review summary

Extremely large vessel. A lot of people onboard. Crowds and waiting lines for most venues. Too many families and kids. I suppose the above applies to all Christmas and New Year sailings as that is when students and parents have vacation time.

Ship design lacks elevators in the middle. Two existing banks of elevators were constantly overloaded.

Solo inside cabin. Great idea. The right size for one person. Private solo lounge and solo coordinator were great.

I went during spring break and I agree 100% with your post, plus when we went it was so dirty everywhere, except our balcony cabin. I'm guessing the ship was at full capacity, but understaffed. Turned me off. One of the reasons I love to cruise with HAL - class act with everything all the time.
