Review summary

It was okay. Almost all "active" excursions were already booked. I booked three excursions. Two of them ended up getting cancelled. I was able to book another replacement for one of them. Be aware that you are actually "at sea" for almost 2.5 days to start, not just two. Because you leave at 4pm and sail over night and THEN for 2 complete days. If you don't gamble and can't do many shows because they are booked, then there isn't much to do.

The shows I got to see were pretty good. That said, because I booked late, most of the shows were already booked so had to standby for everything.

Very small. Also VERY cold even though temp was set to maximum warmth.

Ship tip

Be aware that going at New Year's by your self may be somewhat problematic. Not many singles, mostly families, kids and couples.

Go swimming, play cards, read a good book, play pool, shuffleboard, dance, get a massage, try the scones, sit on deck 18 and enjoy the breeze from the ocean, deck 13 and peek in to see how the ship works, talk to person sitting next to you...heavens there is a ton of stuff to do!
