Overall, we enjoyed our trip. It was our honeymoon, so we loved that we got to visit several places, meet new people, and also have time to ourselves. There is so much to do on the ship, and we appreciated all of our options. The entertainment was fabulous, and the food was great; however, I wish dietary needs could be met with less resistance.

We booked our shuttle from the airport to the ship through our cruise specialist. She gave us very inaccurate information, so even though we got to the airport extra early, it took us a great deal of time to find the shuttle services. Then, the shuttle process was unorganized and took WAY too long. We are very timely people, so we were disappointed that we arrived to the ship later than we had wanted simply because our cruise consultant steered us wrong.

Food and Dining

The food was good; however, due to dietary needs, the ship made it more difficult for me to order food than it should have been. I had never been on a cruise before, so I didn’t know I had to pre-order my food at speciality dining restaurants. The staff at Taste was rude to me the first night because I didn’t pre-order, yet I was never notified that this was something I needed to do. Once we figured it out and I pre-ordered dinners for the rest of the week, the dining was enjoyable.
Onboard Activities

We enjoyed working out, swimming, and playing games (such as the ship sudoku). The chairs were a HUGE issue though. We didn’t get a chair early enough on day two to lay out, so we ended up walking around the ship for 2 hours. Many people saved multiple chairs and never showed up. We had to wake up at 5:30 am the rest of the week in order to get a chair, which is not what we wanted to do on vacation. Many people had this problem.
