Review summary
I felt that the staff was either overwhelmed or didn’t care to give nice service. It was hit and miss with regards to friendliness. The constant having to pay extra for everything. A bit overwhelming for my parents who are on a budget. A budget blower for sure. Had to wait often to be served once seated in the restaurants, cabin service and when call the front desk. I purchased the spa package as an extra. It was very nice but agai. An extra charge. Will not sail again on this ship.Embarkation
