Ok cruise...Norwegian has quite a bit to learn about customer service. Quite honestly, I felt I was just another in a very large herd.

Review summary
Mega ship that needs a lesson in courtesy and concern for clients that is sincere. I saw this over and again on this ship. Another example...Norwegian employee was mopping Buffett floor with very slippery substance during peak breakfast time. One could not escape the large area and slipperiness. No signs, no concern for elderly cruisers. When I brought this to the supervisor ‘s attention, I was told , »yes , it is slippery. » What????Never changed a thing they were doing. Where’s the common sense in this?Again, lack of concern.Embarkation

Ship tip
Don’t expect a lot of the staff other than the room stewards, who are excellent. Staff has just not been properly trained to address needs of customers with any sincerity or empathy.
