Ok cruise...Norwegian has quite a bit to learn about customer service. Quite honestly, I felt I was just another in a very large herd.

Review summary

Mega ship that needs a lesson in courtesy and concern for clients that is sincere. I saw this over and again on this ship. Another example...Norwegian employee was mopping Buffett floor with very slippery substance during peak breakfast time. One could not escape the large area and slipperiness. No signs, no concern for elderly cruisers. When I brought this to the supervisor ‘s attention, I was told , »yes , it is slippery. » What????Never changed a thing they were doing. Where’s the common sense in this?Again, lack of concern.

Absolutely nothing free. A person could bleed to death for lack of a simple band aid And no pocket change for the first aid machine...actually happened to me.

Ship tip

Don’t expect a lot of the staff other than the room stewards, who are excellent. Staff has just not been properly trained to address needs of customers with any sincerity or empathy.

Why would you walk where someone is mopping anyway?! Smh

If passengers spill stuff in the buffet (which happens all the time) the crew have to mop it up, seems totally sensible to me.. We’re just off a ship where an old boy with shaky hands spilled coffee for 30metres or so from two cups every time he made his way back to his wife... Eventually a member of staff took over from him as it was far quicker than the daily clean-up... I would describe what they do as showing an abundance of concern, especially for elderly guests...

Cruise ships decks are often slippery. No surprise. Just be careful.

You knew it was slippy, but you need a sign? This is a massive ship, so much good about it and this is all you have to comment on?
