Review summary

Never again on NCL, prepaid drink package a waste... slowest service afloat! Average food, no lobster tails! Captains nite now 45 mins. So so entertainment, junk prizes, expensive photos, short port visits, confusing ship layout. Thank God for the Calm Mediterranean, very little rocking, no sea sickness!

Elevator layout was mind boggling. No 5th. Floor on one, 13th. Floor on another. Ship starting to show its age... leaking water slide dripping on lounging area below.

Cabin / Stateroom

Clean, Good size, not the best layout, had to climb over wife sitting at dressing table to get to balcony and my closet. Shower water drain slow... standing in dirty shower water not good. Separate shower stall and toilet, just a little tight.

Ship tip

Taxed to death even on prepaid drink packages! Bend over and prepare to be overcharged for everything! Free is not FREE, creative marketing with a lot of fine print that gets them their money back for free items offered. A rip off!

The drain in the shower was not draining? Did you go to guest services? Bar service slow? You’re on vacation. Just order 2 drinks at a time. Went on 3 NCL cruises and I have a 4th one coming. Love NCL. Food was always good. As well as the service and the shows. If I had a problem, I just went to guest services and they took care of it. Hope your next cruise is better.

Perhaps a hotel would suit your requirements...and no lobster tail..call the police...

I agree. Drink service was bad. Especially at the aft bar in the adult section. :(
