Review summary

I’d go back on the ship But more cautious about my cabin. Also My wife had the attitude about some of the problems we encountered, saying, what do you expect from a cruise ship? We’ve been on worse. Maybe we should’ve complained more. But we were on Vacation! Why spend your time raising a stink. No pun intended.

We don’t eat hamburgers, hotdogs, pizza, french fries, desserts, so maybe were not ones to Judge. This had better quality food then other ships we’ve been on. Heard the steaks were great. We need eats steaks. With a few notable exceptions, still ship food. Drink package alcohol was superior to other ships

Cabin seems wonderful. Love the idea of a separate toilet and shower. All sorts of storage. Great balcony. I thought that bed was comfortable. Only problem is that bed is flush up against toilet area. If you have a keen sense of smell and don’t like the faint smell of a urinal while lying in bed, stay away. When I asked around learned other rooms of the same design have the same problem. Common complaint. Great Steward scrubbed for us and added perfumes. The smell of the perfume was worse for me. Pick your poison.

I hated the Epic. The food was terrible, and anything that was free was skimpy portions. Too many upcharge restaurants and bars. O’Sheehans was a joke! I felt nickel and dimed to death.

@badlcho. Sorry. Weird because when I first looked, I could only see the first paragraph. That explains my post. I’m now looking (couple of hours later) and more details show up. That’s sooo weird and not the first time it happened. My app is up to date. Sorry everyone. 🙁

What was wrong with your cabin? The only thing I know is the split bathroom. It it’s a well know cabin layout problem on the Epic. What problems did you encounter? There’s no point to your review. You’re helping no one.
